I didn't receive the e-mail with my registration/activation code, where is the e-mail?

Please make sure that the e-mail is not trapped in your bulk or spam e-mail folder if you have one.

Spam filtering programs/systems may consider our purchase receipts to be spam, junk, or bulk e-mail. Some may even delete these e-mails without allowing you to review them. If you use a popular web-based email service like Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo! mail, AOL mail, Protonmail, or an e-mail account provided by your Internet service provider, please check your bulk/spam or trash folder for our e-mail.
