I have a blank "white box" pop-up in the lower right-hand corner of my screen. How can I fix it?

NOTE: This FAQ applies to current and former SUPERAntiSpyware users only. If your "whitebox" issue is caused by another piece of software, the suggestions below will not fix the problem.

Some older versions of SUPERAntiSpyware had a bug where an empty notification window could pop-up above the system tray (the lower right-hand part of the screen). Unfortunately, this "white box" cannot be dismissed and it interferes with the product updater.

To fix the issue, you can download and run the WhiteBox Repair Tool. Please follow the instructions presented by the utility when it launches. Running this will remedy the problem for most users.

If you continue to have issues, we recommend that you uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware and then reinstall the latest version from our website.
