How do I register my software / where do I enter my registration code? Click here to return to the FAQ page!
If you are already trying a trial of SUPERAntiSpyware Professional or using SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition, you do NOT need to re-download or re-install the software. Simply right-click the SUPERAntiSpyware icon ( little brown "bug" by the system clock ) and select Register/Activate from the menu. Enter your registration code and follow the wizard to complete the registration process.

If the "bug" icon is not by the system clock, open the SUPERAntiSpyware software on your computer. From the Home screen, select Help & Information, and then enter the code in the box located under "Professional Registration Code". Once the code is entered, click the "OK" button.

If you do not have your registration code, please click here to use our automated registration code retrieval system*.

Make sure that the registration code e-mail is not trapped in your spam or junk e-mail folder.

*Please Note: If your software was obtained through TrialPay or AOL, it will not show up in our system. For TrialPay purchases, you can request a download or ask a billing question at the email address: generalsupport@trialpay.com. If you purchased through AOL, please call 1-866-485-9217.
