SUPERAntiSpyware.com does not offer telephone support at this time.

We have found that the vast majority of customer inquiries can be handled through our website's ticketed support system. The support system allows us to maintain a timely, polite, straightforward, and clear correspondence with our customers. Most inquiries are responded to within one to two hours of ticket submission -- and many tickets are responded to within minutes of submission during our core business hours. All responses are crafted by real, technically knowledgeable people, and all SUPERAntiSpyware customer service and support staff are located in North America.

Our service and support staff can handle any type of inquiry ranging from general product questions all the way to malware diagnosis and removal -- all without the need for a telephone call.

Why don't you offer telephone support?

Again, we have found that the most efficient way of responding to customer questions is through a support system. To the customer's benefit, it produces expedient and effective answers. Using such a system allows us to allocate more knowledgeable staff to work with customer problems.

We apologize but we cannot call you.

To date, we have processed over 100,000 individual customer support requests at SUPERAntiSpyware.com. We review and consider every ticket, and we do not close a ticket until we have answered you.

I use the FREE Edition. Will you respond to my support request?

We give priority to our SUPERAntiSpyware Professional customers, but we will definitely answer all requests that come through our support system.
