I didn't receive the e-mail with my registration/activation code, where is the e-mail? Click here to return to the FAQ page!
 
Please make sure that the e-mail is not trapped in your bulk or spam e-mail folder if you have one.

Spam filtering programs/systems may consider our purchase receipts to be spam, junk, or bulk e-mail. Some may even delete these e-mails without allowing you to review them. If you use Yahoo! mail, Hotmail, Gmail, or an e-mail account provided by your ISP such as SBC Global, AOL, or Earthlink, please check your bulk/spam or trash folder for our e-mail.

*Please note: If your software was obtained through TrialPay or AOL, it will not show up in our system. For TrialPay purchases, you can request a download or ask a billing question at the email address: generalsupport@trialpay.com. If you purchased through AOL, please call 1-866-485-9217.
